TRUSTEDCARE’S FIRST DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN – UNDER BUDGET AND OVER PERFORMING
Trustedcare.co.uk is an online directory of care homes and domiciliary care services across the UK, established in 2012. It provides consumers with comprehensive listings and comparisons to help them find the best possible care. Trustedcare’s approach addresses two of the most important factors facing consumers and providers alike – trust and communication.
The company decided that a direct mail campaign would be the most effective way to engage with potential consumers and also to raise awareness among providers, thereby boosting care home listings on the website. It would be their first foray into direct mail and so it was crucial to find the right partner.
They contacted Print Strategy and we were delighted to be Trustedcare’s first and last port of call for this inaugural direct mail piece. We helped them plan every aspect of the campaign from start to finish – including the initial concept and strategy, design, printing and fulfillment.
