QVC RINGS UP THOUSANDS IN SAVINGS THANKS TO PLANNING AHEAD
Founded in 1993, QVC is the UK’s largest TV and online retailer, reaching 26.7 million homes in the UK. Print Strategy Europe has been supplying the company since 2007.
Being a market leader, QVC is always looking for ways in which to improve what is already a world leading level of customer service – which is precisely why Print Strategy Europe and QVC hold monthly review meetings.
During one such meeting, Print Strategy presented a range of ideas about how QVC could make significant cost savings if they were able to commit to a three-year contract.
QVC found that the cost saving ideas were both practical and achievable and, simply by making a commitment until the end of 2015, the company is now saving thousands of pounds.
