The brand is synonymous with luxury, quality and stylish touches, so it was key to portray these qualities in the three versions of their membership boxes – which include a personalised membership card and cardholder, bespoke letter and a Mr & Mrs Smith Guidebook. Not only did the team create packs that the company was delighted with, they also saved them £23,500 in the process, which they were equally delighted with!
