A SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH WITH SAMPLE CARDS THAT LOOKED AS GOOD AS THEY SMELLED
The beauty and cosmetics market in the UK is highly developed and very competitive. So, when companies launch a new product, it requires something rather special to make it stand out from the crowd.
Cocoa Juvenate is a new range of products, created using the naturally nourishing qualities of cocoa. They decided that sampling would be an important part of their launch strategy and so wanted to create sachet cards that would be subtle and tactile but would also catch the eye.
Working with Print Strategy, they chose an offset, uncoated material for a natural and unpolished feel to the card to match the ethos of the products, while raised embossing subtly represented the brand. The finishing touch was a silver foiled logo, whose mirror effect really caught the eye, especially as it reflected the lights in-store.
It just goes to show that sometimes by printing less you can really achieve more.
